@Stargehzer - I have a number of mailTo folders for various mail address groups. An Outlook add-on monitors the mailTo folders, sends the files to the associated address group and moves the files to sentTo folders (so they don't get sent again). This provides a record of what was sent to whom and when it was sent. The scheme pre-dates my usage of calibre by about 15 years, and 'things' includes files which are not in a calibre library.
In calibre I use Save to Disk to save books into the mailTo folders, with different templates for each of my libraries.
Unfortunately the Outlook add-on is defunct and it doesn't work on post 2007 versions of Outlook. And... EOL for OL 2007 is 2017-10-10, so I need to devise another scheme toot sweet - thanks for the reminder.
