BTW, it isn't possible to generate APNX files with KindleGen, but KindleUnpack will reverse-engineer them if the original ePub contained an Adobe
page-map file or an NCX
pageList section.
(AFAIK, ePub3 NAV
page-list sections aren't supported by KindleGen, even though KindleGen has partial support for other epub3-only features.)
