You could hack
/system/share/cr3/dict.css by adding i.e. "
font-size: 140%;" to the paragraph format. Note that won't affect list view and is overwritten by every update.
Ideally, the dictionary font should be user configurable, as the preferred balance between readability and the amount of information presented will vary.
