I've not had this problem before, but today trying to convert some PDFs, they're all failing with the error message:

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'[Path]/index.html'

[Path] is the path on my PC.

I've given full permission for Everyone to all the files being created in the location referenced by Path.

Any ideas, please?
