In the States, these folks are called "Libertarians."

Our national election, the first part of this November, is for the Presidency for the next four years. The people running for President from the two major parties both get a lot of negative responses in polls. I wouldn't be surprised if Libertarians get a lot greater percentage of the votes this time than they normally would.
