Did you know that if you don't eat on a regular basis, you will lose the ability to tell if you are hungry or not.
Also why does portion size vary from one place to another with the exact same product.?

I do not recommend a diet of cigarettes and black raspberry wine coolers with a meal thrown in every three days. And dancing 2-6 hours a night. The side effects and recovery time are brutal.

Oh and Deb I at one point was not stick thin but toothpick thin.
26 years ago, I weighed about 85 lbs if that. It took me 16 years to get to 120.
Almost 10 years ago I quit smoking. The last 30 lbs I needed didn't take long.
