At this point I am stumped. I can take books out of my library using the overdrive account I have on my iPad. Is the Ottawa public library really not supported only on Kobo?

Has anyone else encountered this kind of issue? I would love to figure out how to get this to work.
Burnaby Public Library here has the same issue -- card number and pin login not supported from Overdrive. When I contacted them, after being passed around half the staff including my call twice being sent back to someone I'd already talked with, the best answer I got was "perhaps in the future".
