There shouldn't be any problems connecting any Kobo ereaders with calibre. Any errors are probably with your setup or device. But, to help, or make any suggestions, we need information. We need to know what is actually happening and something of your setup.

Answering the following should help:

- What actually happens when you connect the device? Does calibre show an error?
- Does the computer show the device? i.e. Can you see the drive and books on it?
- What device is it and what version of firmware?
- What OS are you running?
- What version of calibre?
- Can you copy a book to the device without calibre?

Answer to these questions, and anything else you think is helpful, should help to diagnose the problem.
