I had no idea what those books were either, so I checked the link he posted. Two of the first books listed were To Kill a Mockingbird and Dan Brown's Inferno. So there are definitely some fiction books with video and audio. I see where the Dan Brown book says it includes behind the scenes video of research trips he made to Italy. These enhanced books with audio and video don't seem to be my cup of tea though, but I guess they have their place. Personally I buy a book to read. I watch a documentary to get behind the scenes video. But to each their own.

ETA: From the description to the enhanced edition of To Kill a Mockingbird:

This enhanced digital edition of Harper Lee’s Pulitzer prize-winning masterwork of honor and injustice in the deep south includes audio of Sissy Spacek performing the audiobook and video footage from the documentary Hey Boo: Harper Lee and To Kill a Mockingbird which includes Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brokaw, Anna Quindlen, Wally Lamb, Alice Finch Lee and others discussing Harper Lee and the book, excerpts from Harper Lee’s final radio interview, and footage from the film.
