Pieter Aspe is Belgian, so strictly speaking it's a Flemish series. But Belgian and Dutch authors are often published by Dutch and Belgian publishers respectively, so it's pretty much a single language where that is concerned. And standard Dutch and Flemish are pretty much mutually intelligible; it's more a difference of idioms than anything else.
Although Dutch TV series are subtitled in Belgium, and Belgian Flemish series are subtitled on Dutch TV. No idea why...
