That's interesting since it's been a big complaint from library people I've had contact with that
Amazon Pub titles (47North, Thomas & Mercer, Montlake, etc.) aren't available to libraries. The speculation being that it's because they want to sell Kindle Unlimited subs. Maybe specific titles have been made available?

AFAIK as soon as OD went MP3/DRM-free only all Brilliance titles became unavailable. The only way for libraries to get Brilliance or Audible Studios titles is on physical media (CD and/or MP3 CD) or so I'm told, but at least some Audible titles are available that way as they're distributed by Brilliance. The title GtrsRGr8 is available physically through Brilliance and if his library does physical audiobooks should be available to them for purchase.
