Sometimes Audible studios titles are available on CD or MP3 CD through Brilliance Audio (since Amazon owns both) and libraries can get them that way (just not digitally).

Yep. Most everything for libraries (like Overdrive) is non-DRM mp3 files. Audible would never deign to allow their stuff to be distributed without DRM.
