perhaps it is a probational period and I just haven't been fully activated yet.
It's unfortunate as I was hoping to fix the device before I go on vacation for 2 weeks.
this will just have to wait.
I'll check back in a couple weeks and perhaps try to send a PM to Davidfor if the option is there to do so.
