Help! I can't downgrade from FW 5.8.2.1, my Kindle is a PW2 -90D4.
I tried FW 5.6.11 and 5.6.5 and my Kindle settings always give me an error message; i also tried FW 5.4.3.2 no update option is available.
If i reset the device to factory setting, after the process it always stay on FW 5.8.2.1... :-/
Any utility/tool/method to get back to an older FW?
I'm noob to this forum, thank you in advance for any help.
