I really do not use Windows and I have no easy access to a Windows computer so I have no experience with these kind of problems.

I shall investigate. Out of the blue I do not know what the reason is, as I have the administrator privileges anyway, in my user. I must understand what the difference between a user and the administrator account. I rarely use the account as I can install applications and do administrative tasks from my account. Beats me, for the time being.
