I had Prime from the July before last until this July. Of course, there was no issue with shipping. It was sometimes faster than 2 business days.
Prior to that, though, the shipping was slow, but not quite as slow as you've experienced. I noticed that part of the problem was the amount of time that the order hung around the distribution center before they finally shipped it out. I guess that they prioritized Prime shipments. I guess that's to be expected.
