Question Full sync of kindle files to/from calibre

Is there a way to configure calibre to copy to/from a kindle (PW in my case) all kindle files related to the book (folder .sdr, mbp1', '.mbs', '.sdr', '.han')?

The reason is that I have one Kindle and many books. Not all of them fits in my Kindle and frankly to have hundreds books on it is not really handy. (Collections doesn't improve that much). I have many books. Self created, free and all my amazon purchased books converted.

I like to see my calibre as my home library. I can pick up a book place it to my reader. Once I make annotations, highlights, bookmarks and stop reading in the middle I can place book back to my home library (calibre).

When I put it back to my kindle I like to continue where I left last time. Also I have all my notes, highlights, bookmark available from previous time.

Before you ask. I tried other readers as Koreader, even other devices running android with AlReader. Those have no proprietary formats for these data (bookmarks, highlights,...). I still find Kindle reading app, dictionary and overall experience superior to all of them. At least those I have tried.

Thank you for your kind answer and advice.
