The recipes in this book are way too hoity toity for me (illustration--there are things like caviar and truffles in the recipes). The author seems to be aware that many of the recipes will not appeal to the average person and has a section called "Uncomplicated Menus." But even they are too hoity toity for me. But, there may be some MobileReaders who will appreciate the recipes, so that's my reason for posting it. And, it's got a super markdown from the digital list price right now (88%).
The ratings are a little lukewarm at Amazon, but there aren't quite enough of them to be valid. GoodReads raters are pretty sanguine (for them), however, bestowing a 4.03 average rating on the book.
