I've decided to leave my 6S on iOS10, its not as annoying on that as it was on the 5S and Air2. Newer hardware? I dont know. Of course, I reserve the right to change my mind in the next day or so.

Thanks. I had a look at a couple of online reviews and I can't see a single reason to upgrade... except security. Contrary to MacOS, Apple only maintains one iOS at a time, so that means that whatever weaknesses and bugs there are in the last version of iOS 9 will never be fixed. So I will upgrade sooner or later, but I'll wait a week or two.
I tried using Siri a couple of times and it was a disaster. I suppose it's inevitable, I would need to invest time to learn how to use it. When I do a Google search, I instinctively word it in a way that I think the machine will understand, but I find it hard to do that when speaking. As for 3D Touch, I still don't know how that's supposed to work. I'm getting old!
