I have noticed that they are taking 7 or 8 business days on average now to ship the $49+ orders with free shipping. It used to take only 2 to 3 days on average.
And usually their customer service is very good, but I've had an ongoing issue I've contacted them about three times now. The first two times were polite and friendly as usual just asking me to be patient. Then this morning I was told they couldn't fix the error they'd made as it was already processed and the other agents had misinformed me they could. I cannot remember having a bad customer service experience with them before. Or such a rude represative in chat. She didn't even respond to half of my questions then ended the chat session.
I don't think it was related to the fact I'm not a prime customer though. I don't stream TV and it's not worth the money to have two day shipping to me.
