I canceled on the Web site. The reason I gave was that it was too expensive, if that matters.
Before I accepted the offer, I tried Googling to see what the specific terms of the coupon were, and apparently this is something that's been offered for years, though I don't remember ever seeing anyone mention it here. When I canceled my long-term membership a few months ago, I wasn't offered any sort of perk, so I was pretty surprised today.
