How long does it usually take if you submit a purchase to Harlequin rewards to get your points?
I tend to like some of the Christmas stories or novella collections they publish towards the holidays. When I saw the Sept. points bonus for buying series books, I thought I'd spoil myself by buying a few of the ones I enjoy (since I haven't bought any in ages) and at the same time end up stacking up some points to use when the holiday ones come out.
But I submitted my receipt from my purchase at the local book store three days ago and so far, nothing.

Also wondering how responsive their customer service is? There is an older series book I was going to buy yesterday, and it showed at 5.50, but when I put it in my cart, price went up to 11.99. I sent them an email, but so far nothing but the auto-response that they would respond within 24 hours.
