How much of a choice will there even be to upgrade or not? My iDevices haven't started nagging me yet, but Apple has been getting more aggressive with the update pop-up boxes, making it almost impossible to ignore.

I will likely update eventually, but I want it to be when I choose, not because Apple is nagging me to frustration.
