What irks me to no end is the callous selling of stuff that isn't fully developped or working as promised.

Yesterday I thought of Apple always being mentioned as "it just works right out of the box". Isn't this the minimum one can expect when one buys something? For it to work?

And it makes me very angry when I am a beta tester for my money. If they want me to test their product, they should pay me for my time and effort, not the other way around.

i agree when you buy a brand new item regardless of what it is. you expect it to work 100% perfectly, if it doesn't send it back and get a replacement or a refund whichever is your preference.
