I fix my EPUBS that come in as :
<H2>Part 1<H3>Chapter 1
to :
<H2>Part 1
<split file>
<H3>Chapter 1
The TOC is still ndented
I Split, but the CSS is another way
and remember the conversion settings the also handle what to do when sequential headings are encountered
