It's the way things are done on sites like Goodreads and has caught on with some authors for their own sites & store listings (some still use whole numbers for every short, etc.). Makes more sense than giving a short or novella a whole number IMO.

I Tried the .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 etc and I Get a Zero at the End of All the Decimal (Fractional ) Series Numbers, the Formating Looks Very Bad, because calibre adds a Zero for All Decimal (Fractional) Numbers entered into the Series Metadata ??? So 1.5 Becomes 1.50 and 2.5 Becomes 2.50 etc. And .5 or 0.5 Becomes 0.50 ????
