Go into preferences/tweaks and search for delay. Change 301 to 5. Works for me.

I had to create a gmx account since Calibre/Amazon quit working together for whatever reason. My gmail address no longer worked to email my Kindle. Now I'm set up with a gmx account and my email ability to my Kindle is restored.
