Enjoyed this one. I felt the author had just the right amount of world building for a fantasy novel; no long descriptions. There was enough action and suspense to keep me turning pages. Lost just a little sleep. Since this is a YA fantasy, things were sometimes over-simplified and always politically correct. The bad guys aren't even human. Still, this was very nice and I put a library hold on the next in the series. Rated B- [4 stars].
Next, is another library book
Airborn by Kenneth Oppel.
