Typing "O" is the same as the menu entry and toolbar icon "Open folder containing...". On a touch-only device (e.g. Windows tablet) you may find the toolbar access easier.

You'll know you are in the top level library folder when all it contains are a lot of sub-folders, one for each author name, and two files, one of which is "metadata.db".

Make note of the name of the folder you a viewing and then go up only more level to make selecting that folder easy. Copy the whole folder and all of its contents into your Calibre Portable folder tree, overwriting the existing library if the names should happen to match (as they will if your main library is using Calibre's default choice of folder name).
