I'm almost done with my first book on the A1 -- so far I like it a lot. One thing I miss from my Voyage is that the page turns were either faster (even though I'm already using KEPUBs) or they maybe had some kind of instant feedback where the screen flashes as it refreshed the page? The Kobo just pauses for a brief moment, which wouldn't be too bad except that it's enough time for me to worry that it didn't register the touch, which would happen sometimes with the Voyage.
Now maybe the Kobo is never going to miss touches, so this worry will eventually disappear, but given the fact that I just ordered this screen protector thing, it's probably going to make that more likely. I'm just wondering if any of the patches out there do any kind of instant feedback, like flashing the screen or anything instant to indicate that the touch was received?
Thanks!
Bob
