I sometimes look in there, but almost never post.
For me, it's either a Kindle or a Kobo. All of the others are either hard to obtain in the Netherlands, or have drawbacks such as no or very few third party covers, or shaky firmware support. Some brands I really dislike, such as Icarus, who just rebrand generic e-readers manufactured somewhere in China (at least, last I checked).
I've used a KPW1 for four years without problems. I really like the KA1 after tinkering with it a bit, and I'm sure I'll eventually find a cover I like. Then I'll probably keep looking at 'meeh...' advances for the next 3-4 years, until something big happens. The only two things I can think of that would now entice me to upgrade the KA1 would be official full screen reading support by Kobo (which is now unofficial/experimental, and somewhat buggy, but fixable), an 8 inch Kindle with more fonts and the same options as a Kobo with regard to fonts or layout, or a 7.8 / 8 inch reader with a color screen.
