There are! At Nook US at least.

Disclaimer, I don't read comics at all, so if some of these are long-term freebies or otherwise not very interesting, I apologize.

I was looking at the Nook Daily Find this morning, and noticed that buried deep at the bottom of the announcement for today is a free Batman comic: Batman #1: Batman Day Special Edition (2016) . It's a "NOOK Comic with Zoom View", by Tom King and David Finch. Link is: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/batm...=2940153281230

Also, the entire Nook Daily Find today is various other Batman comics on sale. As I mentioned, I don't read or follow comics, so have no idea if these are good prices or not, but here's the link to the whole list: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/b/spec...-find/_/N-1hda

And buried in that list there is another freebie: Detective Comics (1937-2011) #27
by Bill Finger and Bob Kane. Individual link for that is: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/dete...=2940045884525
