Yes, this is really a thing.
Proof positive that people are getting dumber. My wife bought a Dominos Pizza last night, and today when throwing away the box, I noticed that on the bottom were instructions for how to carry a carry-out pizza. Two observations: (1) if you need instructions on how to carry a pizza, chances are you're too dumb to know which end goes in your mouth and you really shouldn't be feeding yourself, and (2) the instructions were on the bottom of the box, meaning that if you read them beforehand in order to learn how to carry your pizza, you already ruined your pizza.
