The capital letter is an abomination. You don't capitalize mail, book, or reader; why would you capitalize the words when you're modifying them with an e?

Merriam-Webster's Dictionary hyphenates the words. At some point, I expect the hyphen will be eliminated, but there's no reason to think the words will be properly spelled with a useless uppercase letter.
