Off topic: A few weeks ago I saw a TTY phone at Goodwill.
An Amazon rep over on the amazon community forums tosses me the number of a dedicated tty line and it's gotten fixed. Wasn't the payment issue at all and they understood it wasn't paid because of the problem. Getting a new Voyage sent out the day I make the final payment.

Love Amazon but wow, that was odd.
