@kefren - that book is under copyright. The owner of Mobileread does not allow posting of such books - suggest you remove it before someone else does. Even if you own the IPR I suggest you remove it.

If you raise a ticket at Bugs : calibre you can attach the DOCX and EPUB and mark the ticket as private.

FWIW - as soon as Kovid produced the DOCX Input facility I said good riddance to Word's Filtered HTML.
