I have a Kobo touch 2, and recently I have been losing my library when I connect to my PC, either just to charge or sync.
The only books that show after disconnecting are the side loaded books from ADE.
I have to re-sync via wifi each time, and the library re downloads.
Also Calibre didn't recognise the reader when I tried the other day.

I have replaced the Kobo desktop application, by removing and re downloading the latest version. I still had the same problem.

As yet I have not tried a factory reset or any other options.
Any advice would be a great help.
