ive tried but I'm deaf so I rely on TTY relay which generally works perfectly, but the person on the other end has to accept the call. The CS operators at amazon don't understand what a TTY operator is and have rejected the calls. I'm assuming they think it's a wrong number asking for like...a collect call or such? And when I tried to explain in email and live chat I eventually got the same "this is an issue that needs to be resolved over the phone" response, so that shoots things down. I just have to wait for hubby to get home since between work hours I don't have any friends able to do it for me.
