That is another good reason to wait.
Apple now claims they fixed the issue of bricking when installing over-the-air iOS 10 update. We will see.
I just hope they don't push the darn update to our iThingies since it is a large file at 1.2 GB. No big deal with my 64 GB iPhone 6 Plus, but my old iPad Mini 2 only has 16 GB and it is nearly full. I had to delete stuff last year just to install iOS 9 on it, but I have no desire to install iOS 10 on it. I'll probably upgrade to a newer iPad Mini in a year or two.
