Sorry if this was taboo! I tried to nick it immediately. For those who don't have mod privileges—I am guessing that is why you're green—I had a little section agreeing with 4691mls that all fiction is laced with inaccuracies anyway, and if you avoid historical fiction to free yourself from writers' base speculation about what life looks like on the surface, you may as well avoid the whole lot. But I thought I was being wordy and too loose, so I went back down to just Tolstoy.

My edited post was not an accurate reflection of life as it had occurred three minutes prior. Unfortunately, DiapDealer has a sharp eye for anachronisms.
