I have not read any of the sotries yet, but I'm putting it at the top of my list. Short fiction is all I can manage to eye-read lately.

Yes, it will be free elsewhere. More than likely Kobo or Google Play or both.
Easy way to tell. There was no read for free box. So it is not in Kindle Unlimited.
Now whether it is on special or forever free I don't know.
I can tell you that it is a price matched book.
Oh and two of the authors in that book are very good. I haven't read those two stories but I own and have read most of Joe's books.
