Nothing in that post that I can see which would be of any help in telling you how to fix it.
Check the "view count" of this thread.
Note the number of reports similar to your own (appox. 0).
The only possible conclusion is it is something you have done, and most likely did wrong.
Do not do a "Reset (to factory defaults)" - it does not do what you think it does.
