For those of you waiting and wondering, here is my delivery timeline from Kobo (note, I am in Ontario Canada).
I ordered on the 6th (the site said it was out of stock and expected to be back in stock on Sept 15th when I placed my order). So I did not expect it to ship until sometime after the 15th.
But after not receiving an order confirmation after placing it (yes I checked my junk folder) I started to harass them on the 7th (very politely) requesting confirmation and wondering when it would ship. I kept getting automated replies via email that didn't really make sense to what I was asking, so I kept responding. On the 8th they replied to me that they would have it shipped out within 2 business days. It shipped the next day (the 9th) which was Friday just passed.
Today (monday the 12th) it is here!!! So…. ordered on the 6th, shipped on the 9th (with a bit of pushing on my part) and delivered on the 12th (that's only 5 business days from date of order to date of delivery).
