I'm suspecting a bit later than that, it started selling/shipping on 6th Sept if memory serves me correct? I would presume that they probably started shipping a week before that to retailers or around that date. Usually shipping items from US to UK (not Canada) take around 3-4 weeks when I've purchased items, so if they shipped from Canada to WH Smiths around 6th then we're probably talking last week of September or first week of October. If they shipped a week before then maybe around 26th September which would go with the outer 2 week delivery WH Smiths are currently quoting.
