I voted "both." I write with my left hand, do many other things with my right hand, but have no strong hand preference for learning new tasks or skills.
On the gripping hand, I'm not truly ambidextrous either. That is, I'm not able to learn a skill with one hand and then do it equally well with the other. Lack of preference is not the same as being ambidextrous.
