For all those still waiting for any kind of shipping notification you may be interested to know I received mine on Friday. I only ever got an order confirmation email from Kobo at 12:39am EDT on 8/30. No shipping notification and even the FedEx system said I had nothing incoming. Lucky my wife was at home to sign for it. It came from Hong Kong via FedEx and included my Sleep Cover. So if you haven't heard anything it may still arrive when you least expect it.
