I have nothing against laughter. Where did I just say that comedy should not exist? I have nothing against comedy. I did say in the past that comic relief is very often out of place and should be left out, especially in movies (and books) that can be considered as serious and/or epic in scale.

Personally, I love historical novels (they're actually my favorite books, beside fantasy), so I think the start post is hysterical
