1. Open Calibre
2. Go to Preferences
3. Click on Adding Books
4. Click on tab Automatic Adding
5. Specify your Kindle content folder **Contents of this folder will be deleted after book is added to Calibre.
6. Click Apply and close Preferences.
After purchasing a Kindle book from Amazon, open Kindle for PC and click on it to download. Then open Calibre and the title will automatically import and then delete the Kindle for PC copy.
To use Kindle for PC to read:
1. Open Calibre
2. Highlight specific book
3. Click on the small black arrow on View and select View Specific Format
4. Choose the format (AZW or MOBI)
5. In lower left corner of dialog screen, click Open With
6. Click Browse the Computer to select the Kindle for PC program
7. Apply and close
**I don't use this feature much, so don't know if you have to do this every time or just once to setup for each format.
