I didn't realize until recently how many 1st person POV books I loved. It isn't something that I consciously seek out, but it is also not something that eliminates a book from contention for me.

I can see what you mean about getting frustrated by characters...they can bug me from any POV and turn me off of a book pretty quickly.

I don't identify books by the POV, but I'll try to pick out a few that I especially enjoyed sometime soon.
