After updating to calibre 2.67 today, I can no longer download the New York Review of Books (subscription required). Let me explain: the current issue
does download, but if I try to get a particular back issue by editing:
Code:
soup = self.index_to_soup('http://www.nybooks.com/current-issue')
to (for instance):
Code:
soup = self.index_to_soup('http://www.nybooks.com/isssues/2016/07/14/')
I now immediately get an error:

Just an hour before updating calibre, this back isssue technique was working fine.
